INFORMATION BEFORE A DECISION
Solana East Inquiry Checklist: What to Request Before Comparing
A specific inquiry produces more useful information than asking for every detail without describing your needs.
Define the home you need
Start with bedroom count, home type, outdoor-space preference and purchase timing. Explain the intended use without assuming guaranteed rental or investment returns. Banking documents are not needed for an initial information request.
Request a consistent information pack
Request the unit plan, area, finishing scope, position within the phase, total price and payment schedule. These should describe the same home and offer date. Record maintenance and any other separately payable amounts when comparing.
Viewing and handover
Ask what a viewing would show: a sample home, an existing building or a construction site. Request a written, unit-specific delivery date rather than inferring it from a general image. The inquiry is followed up with available details and the appropriate next step outside the website.
Key questions

Name, contact number and home type or request; a detailed message is optional.
Does an inquiry reserve a home?
